Blue spinel and white topaz sterling silver ring size 9

This ring is in excellent pre owned condition showing no signs of wear. Pretty much brand new. 

Blue stone tests as spinel. White stones test as topaz. This is either rhodium or platinum plated over sterling silver. Size 9.
