At first glance this looks like just another ring holder trinket tray. If you look closer you’ll see the deer has a hole perfect for holding a stick of incense and the tray to catch the ashes. Why not use it for both ? No manufacturer info found. Made of ceramic. Measuring about 5 inches in diameter.
