This is a brand new pendant that was from a large older dead stock purchase of inventory.
Genuine deep blue high grade lapis lazuli stone. Set in genuine high quality sterling silver. Measures about 20x51 mm, and has a total weight of 15.18 grams. The price marked on the tag is much lower than retail prices would be in todays market by my estimates. At least a decade or two by my estimates.
