Vintage 1960s–1970s hand-carved shell cameo in a 12K gold filled filigree setting. Features a left-facing lady in profile with detailed carving and natural shell color variations in peach and ivory tones.

Convertible design with secure rollover clasp and hidden pendant bail for wearing as either a brooch or necklace pendant. Marked 1/20 – 12K G.F. on the back.
