Gently pre-owned to vintage sterling silver pendant necklace featuring vivid neon blue apatite gemstones in a classic halo design. The center oval apatite is accented by smaller blue apatites and white stones that test as diamond. Due to the very small size of the white stones, it cannot be determined whether the diamonds are natural or lab-grown; inclusions are present but difficult to assess at this scale.
