Vintage late 1990s–early 2000s sterling silver Mexican fire opal and white topaz Y necklace in excellent pre-owned condition. Measures about 18 inches and weighs 3.04 grams. Marked 925 on the back of the pear-shaped drop. Features a vivid faceted pear Mexican fire opal (est. 0.60–0.80 ctw) suspended beneath cascading round white topaz accents (approx. 0.40–0.60 ctw), for an estimated total carat weight around 1.00–1.40 ctw overall. Drop measures just under 1 inch from top of Y to tip. Bright, clean silver with minimal vintage wear. Elegant, feminine, and beautifully balanced.
